I have a Mac Mini Late 2012 but on October my mac was damage and I went to the Apple Service Center they said It will be fix on a month or two. so i decided to build a Hackintosh my problem is I have no mac to make an installer/bootable USB. I read some Article about Niresh and I know that I can make a bootable USB using windows. 

Step 1: I downloaded the Niresh Mavericks and make a bootable USB Link

Step 2: Follow the instruction Link Skip and read Step 3.

            Set to Optimized Defaults.

            If your CPU supports VT-d, disable it 

            Save and exit.

Installing OSX

            1. Turn on the computer
            2. Press the hotkey to choose boot device 

               If you have a Gigabyte motherboard press F12

             Boot with "xpcm-free -v" without quotes

3. When you arrive at the Installer, choose language. 

4. For a new installation of OS X, you MUST erase and format the destination drive according to the following steps before continuing. If you are upgrading from Snow Leopard, Lion, or Mountain Lion and you want to keep your files and apps, skip steps a-j.

a. In the top menu bar choose Utilities, and open Disk Utility

b. Highlight your target hard drive for the Mavericks installation in left column.
c. Click Partition tab
d. Click Current and choose 1 Partition
e. Click Options...
f. Choose GUID Partition Method
g. Under Name: type Mavericks (You can rename it later)
h. Under Format: choose Mac OS Extended (Journaled)
i. Click Apply then Partition
j. Close Disk Utility

5. When the installer asks you where to install, choose Mavericks, or your existing install.

6. Upon completion, restart the system.

7. boot with "-x" without quotes.

8.Set up you mac and after wait for Niresh to finish rebuilding permision.

9. Go to /System/Library/Extensions create a folder intel_back and move the following files to intel_back folder: 

AppleIntelHD3000Graphics.kext ,

AppleIntelHD3000GraphicsGA.plugin ,

AppleIntelHD3000GraphicsGLDriver.bundle ,

AppleIntelHD3000GraphicsVADriver.bundle

this files should not be on the extensions folder -  the purpose of this is to boot OSX without flag

10.Download and install MultiBeast - Mavericks Edition (6.5.0)

if you update from 10.9.4 to 10.9.5 you should install VoodooHDA_V286_MAV.pkg
goto System Preferences->Sound->Output double click the lineout

then  System Preferences->VoodooHDA click /AppleA... and play some music/youtube adjust the Volume,Input Gain and PCM.

Note: if you updated the system and it will not boot after that just use "-x" or use "-s" follow :
